In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Mobility King UK gives customers a 7-day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date.
Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost.
Any returned products must be complete and undamaged unused and returned in its original outer packaging.
Mobility King UK reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging.
If you wish to cancel an order, after placing it, but before the item is delivered, you must inform Mobility King UK by RECORDED POST, of your intent to cancel.
Failure to do this will result in the product being delivered as normal.
Any return of products is at the cost of the customer.
Customers who order any Customised Product will not be able to cancel the order once processed.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that the Price Promise discount is based on Retail Prices, not Discounted.
Customers who purchase a custom made product such as Stair lifts, Rise and Recline Chairs, and Adjustable Beds with custom components are unable to return the goods unless they are faulty. Also, mattresses and hygiene products can not be returned due to Health & Safety & Hygiene regulations.
