We are happy to provide a FREE express delivery service for most orders over £200 (UK Mainland only). Any order under £200 will be charged at a standard rate of £7.95 (UK mainland). All orders received will be processed by the next working day and will be delivered once all funds have cleared, provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.

After a product has been delivered and handed over, should one of our engineers need to be recalled to the equipment to make adjustments, a call out charge of £95 will be made for the first hours worth of adjustments, and then £49 for every hour or part hour thereafter.

Orders outside UK Mainland 
Mobility King welcomes orders outside UK mainland, however deliveries of all sizes will incur a postage and packaging charge. This will be informed to the customer before the dispatch of goods.  

Delivery Time
Delivery is usually within seven working days from the date of order, but should you require it sooner, let us know and we will make every effort to try and get it there.

Standard Delivery
Products will be sent directly to you either through the mail or with a Courier service and will require a signature to accept.

Premium Engineer Delivery
Larger products may be brought directly to your door by one of our friendly technicians who will show you how to use your machine and go through any questions you might have. This service can be added to any product, at a cost of £129.00.  

We take pride in caring for our customers and feel this is both essential and adds a personal and friendly touch to our service.

Adjustable Beds have a £49.00 Standard delviery charge, and a £129.00 installation charge to be added if installation is required by the purchaser.
